Looking for a great beach bar in Barbados? Then you really have to go to Crystals Waters. Just watch this video to see just how much fun it can be. With its welcoming atmosphere, it’s full to be brim of diverse and friendly characters. A laid-back and relaxing, on the beach, bar and restaurant where tourists and locals unite to socialise and enjoy all on offer at this fantastic venue. I’m Barbara Trotman; my family, friends and I are loyal fans of Crystal Waters Beach Bar so I had to share my praises. My profession is letting the best vacation rentals on the south coast of Barbados – it’s always a fine favourite with all my guests.

So what is so great you may ask? The setting is paradise idyllic. A tropical Caribbean setting on a sandy white beach with lush green palm trees lined along aqua blue, calm and warm crystal clear waters – the name is pretty apt don’t you think? Crystal Waters is a family run business located in Worthing in Christ Church. For those of you that aren’t familiar with our wonderful country, Christ Church is a parish on the southern side of the island. Stay at our vacation rentals on the south coast and you are just a 15 minute stroll away or a 5 min bus ride from all the adventure and activity that this popular beach bar has to offer. You can hire a sun-bed and brown for the day, go fishing, swim with the turtles, go diving, enjoy the Watersports or simply chat and mingle at the bar. You’ll never be bored or lonely that’s for sure. A day of relaxing with amazing food and drink is just flip-flop foot steps away. Open every day, the bar offers alcohol and soft drinks and a superb selection of lunch dishes. Try their mouth-watering freshly caught Fish n’ chips or their combo Seafood platter, and not forgetting the 5-6pm Happy Hour for a delicious rum punch, or two perhaps! Oh and wait for it! The green flash as the sun hits the horizon in the most glorious sunsets like you would never believe. The sky alight with an array of colours. Seriously, don’t forget to bring your camera!

Our favourite day is definitely Sunday. Every Sunday from 2-7pm is live music with an on the beach BBQ offering a menu of grilled fish or meat with all the scrumptious servings. That’s when this video was shot. As you can see, people are really out to enjoy themselves. Its fun, fun, fun! Dance to the one and only Mr Impact playing steel pan and singing a wide range of music from soca to calypso, reggae to blues and even vintage rock. With Happy Hour from 4-5pm, you can join in the party or merely observing the holiday makers and locals letting loose is A1 entertaining – it’s a laugh out loud, side splitting blast. If your lucky, you will even see our own Michael Jackson performing to all the classics (yes people, he’s still alive in Barbados!) Sunday at Crystal Waters always draws a huge crowd and is a firm ‘must do on a weekend’ favourite.
